• 30-Day Good Life Promise - If you are not satisfied with your new home within the first 30 days, we will release you from your lease agreement.*
• Rent Rescue Program - We know that things happen so we put together a Late Rent Relief program: If for some reason you cannot pay your rent on time, we will waive your late fees (this is a one-time forgiveness at any of our communities).*
• Life Interruption Relief - If you should happen to lose your job, roommate or some other life altering experience that adjusts your income, we have designed programs to accommodate your needs.
  • Partial payment plan for up to two months
  • Job loss insurance provided with our renter insurance program
  • Transfer policy within your community to a larger or smaller apartment, or to another MC Community closer to work, school and family, including out of state.
